Dr. J.D. Murray or Dr. William Alexander can surgically place dental implant posts in your jawbone to replace lost tooth roots. The biocompatible titanium will fuse with your jaw to become fixed in your smile. After you have fully healed, we will attach a crown, bridge, or denture that will not slip or shift when you eat, speak, and chew.
When providing implant-supported dentures, Pampered Smiles can often use the innovative All-on-4® method. Utilizing just four implant posts, we can provide a strong base for your upper or lower denture. By setting the posts at a slight angle, we will further minimize the impact to your jaw. Often, the All-on-4® method can eliminate the need for preparatory procedures.
We provide all types of full and partial dentures to meet your varied cosmetic, functional, and economic needs. Options range from traditional removable dentures to top-of-the-line implant-supported restorations. In every case, we will make sure that your restoration fits comfortably and securely, matches the shape and color of your teeth, and fills your facial contours.
Crowns can repair many types of dental damage, including cracked and broken teeth, large cavities, severe stains, and dental infection. At Pampered Smiles, we only offer all-porcelain crowns. These restorations are very strong and durable. The advanced porcelain also has much better cosmetic effects, because it will be shaded to match your nearby teeth.
A dental bridge can replace one or more missing teeth to restore your smile and oral function. If you choose a traditional bridge, your dentist will reshape the nearby teeth to support the restoration. We also offer implant-supported bridges, which will not affect the structure of your nearby teeth. All of our bridges are made of lifelike, tooth-colored materials.
A filling can restore the structure of your tooth if you have a small or moderately sized cavity. Our team will remove all damaged tissue and place the filling. We recommend tooth-colored fillings for more realistic effects. Composite resin is also able to offer superior benefits for tooth strength and structure.
Inlays and Onlays
If you have a very large cavity, a filling will typically not be able to repair your tooth structure. An inlay or onlay fits over the chewing surfaces of teeth to strengthen them and restore functionality after you have suffered from large cavities. For optimal aesthetics, we offer inlays and onlays made from naturally colored porcelain.
If you have widespread dental decay and damage, you may be a candidate for full mouth reconstruction. This is a multi-stage process, combining two or more restorative procedures and in some cases, cosmetic treatments as well. We will carefully create your customized treatment plan based on your oral health, cosmetic goals, budget, and preferred treatment timeline.
